Already well established in Barcelona and Bilbao, restaurant chain Bilbao Berria needed to plan how best to market the launch of their new London location. The approach had to reflect authentic Basque cuisine, concentrating on Bilbao Berria’s key selling point, which is the serving of pintxos in a lively environment reflective of a Northern Spanish bar.
